We want your vinyl collection to be displayed perfectly, so if you are not completely satisfied with your storage solution, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your storage units in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly parts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
